Returns & Refunds

The short version
Unopened, unused products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened supplements and skincare can’t be returned for safety reasons — but we’ll replace defective or damaged items for free. Email info@prosperdirecthealth.com to start a return.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The date your carrier marks the package as “delivered” starts the clock.
What We Can Accept
Eligible returns must be:
- Unopened — safety seals intact, packaging undamaged
- Unused — no signs of use, testing, or application
- In original packaging — including any inserts, droppers, or pumps
- Within 30 days of delivery
What We Can’t Accept
Due to the nature of medical-grade supplements, skincare, and personal-care products, some items can’t be returned once opened:
- Opened or used supplements, gummies, or protein powders
- Opened skincare bottles, jars, or pump dispensers
- Products past their expiration date at time of return
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
- Custom or personalized items
If a product doesn’t feel right, reach out — we may be able to recommend an alternative or coordinate an exchange at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith a photo. We’ll replace the item at no cost — no return shipping required on your end.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@prosperdirecthealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship to the return address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (2–3 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund on our end, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
We refund the full purchase price of eligible returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable service — we can’t issue a refund for a return we never receive.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want. That’s the fastest way to get your replacement shipped.
In-Clinic Pickup Orders
The same return rules apply to orders you pick up in person. Just bring the unopened product and your order number to the front desk, and we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
