Fulfillment Options
Every product in our shop can be delivered one of two ways: shipped to your address, or picked up in person at our Sioux Cityclinic. You’ll choose at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 per order within the continental United States.
- Free shipping: on orders of $100 or more (after any discounts applied).
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are not available at this time.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically processed and packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping transit: typically 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination.
- Total typical delivery: 4–7 business days from order placement.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays can affect timing.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number with a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If more than 48 hours pass without a tracking email, reply to your order confirmation and we’ll sort it out.
In-Clinic Pickup
Prefer to skip the shipping fee? Select In-clinic pickup at checkout and your order will be packed and waiting at our Sioux Cityclinic, usually within one business day. We’ll email you the moment it’s ready.

Please have your order number with you at the front desk. Pickup orders are held for up to 30 days; if we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll reach out before restocking the items.
Damaged, Lost & Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll send a free replacement or refund the damaged item.
For packages marked “delivered” that you did not receive, please (1) check with neighbors and household members, (2) contact the carrier to file a trace, and (3) reach out to us if it does not turn up within 48 hours. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transitions to the customer; however, we’ll do our best to help resolve these situations case by case.
Address Corrections
If you notice a typo in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, reply to your order confirmation email right away. We may be able to correct it before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, address changes are not guaranteed and may require a re-ship at the customer’s expense.
